we finished the last episode, we realized that we never got around
to talking more about "The Adventure of the Empty House," as we had

In
the Sherlockian world, the "Great Hiatus" is known as the period
from 1891 to 1894 when Holmes was presumably dead after his
showdown with Professor Moriarty at the Reichenbach Falls. In the
real world, it meant that publication of new Sherlock Holmes
stories ceased after "The Final Problem" in December 1893...
